Collective Company Luz 22 agrees to provide a retreat (herein referred to as the “ Journey to Bahia Retreat”) for the purposes of providing:

Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the Retreat.
​
To attend the Journey to Bahia Retreat, you must: 
Agree to pay the Retreat purchase price 1,600 per person specified in US Dollars 
 
Complete and submit the online registration form for that will be provided after full payment or deposit is submitted.
 
Submit a $300 nonrefundable, non-transferable deposit through the online system attached to this webpage towards the full price of the Retreat or submit your payment 1,600 in full.

Monthly Payment: $260
Bi-Monthly Payment: $433

Full Payment must be submitted by November 21st, 2025.

PAYMENT COVERAGE
Your participation in this Retreat includes: 5 nights accommodation, 3 meals per day, airport transfers from/to airport- Salvador–Deputado Luís Eduardo Magalhães International Airport, private transportation for five nights and 6 days, cultural and leisure activities, wellness and health activities, photo & video review, photo-package.​

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
By submitting the full investment or deposit, you acknowledge the following: 
​
It is your sole responsibility to secure your Passport and make sure your Passport is current.
​
It is your sole responsibility to secure your tourist visa.
​
It is your sole responsibility to book and secure your airfare to and from Salvador Bahia Brazil.
​
It is your sole responsibility to purchase travel insurance – this is HIGHLY recommended because you will be 100% responsible for any loss, penalties, fees, or other financial consequences relating to trip or travel cancellation or interruption, theft or loss of belongings, and all health coverage abroad.

It is your sole responsibility to bring spending money.
​

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel you must notify Luz 22 by email. Once we have received the notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following conditions: 
​
If cancellation takes place before the final balance due date November 21st, 2025, your payments can be refunded minus the $300 nonrefundable deposit within 120 business days.
​
If your cancellation request takes place after the Final Balance due date November 21st, 2025, you will forfeit 100% of the Retreat price, and Luz 22 will not issue a refund.
​
No refunds will be given for failure to attend or complete Retreat without written notice and adhering to this policy.
​
We reserve the right to recover from you any amount due after Deposit, which you have not paid to us by the Final Payment Due Date.
​
There are no refunds or discounts given for arriving late or departing early or for guests who choose not to partake in meals, yoga classes, activities and excursions.
​
If a force event (e.g. pandemic, natural disasters, travel restrictions, strikes, trade disputes, fire, breakdowns, government or political action, acts of war or terrorism, acts of omissions of a third party or for any other reason whatsoever outside of our reasonable control) causes the Retreat to be canceled, Luz 22 will cancel or postpone the Retreat.
 
If the retreat is cancelled, you will receive a full refund within 120 business days of the notification of cancellation that will be sent to your email
 
If the retreat is postponed Luz 22 is not obligated to provide a refund unless you provide written notice requesting that a refund be provided.

We also reserve the right to make changes to any aspect of the Retreat if, in our absolute discretion, it is necessary to do so due to conditions that are likely to be hazardous or dangerous to the best interest of your safety or due to any other adverse or threatening conditions whether political or military or terrorist or otherwise any other reason that we consider necessary.
 
 
 
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
By signing up for the Retreat, you attest that you are in good physical and mental health to travel and participate in the Retreat. You realize that we are not a licensed medical provider, and that you must consult your doctor.
 
 
 
RELEASE OF LIABILITY / ASSUMPTION OF RISK.  You agree to the following:  Certain activities including, but not limited to, walking, climbing, boat trips, swimming, hiking and have risks of injury. You understand the nature of the activity and acknowledge that you are qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. You further agree and warrant that if, at any time, you believe the conditions to be unsafe, you will immediately discontinue further participation in the activity.
 
You will notify Luz 22 if you suffer from any medical or health condition that may cause injury to yourself or others or may require emergency care during your participation.

Luz 22 is not responsible for risks and hazards that may include, without limitation, delays, injury, illness, death, loss of or damage to your property, exposure to food allergens and all other unforeseeable risks and hazards.​​

INDEMNIFICATION and HOLD HARMLESS
By choosing to participate in the Retreat and your recognition and assumption of risks associated with the Retreat, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you accept financial responsibility for accidental injury and hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Jasmine (Dominique) Cain of Luz 22 and anyone acting on its behalf from any and all claims, damages, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services, lost profits, lost earnings, consequential, exemplary, direct, indirect or punitive damages and any attorneys’ fees and costs incurred defending against these claims or enforcing this Contract that may arise out of or occur during your travel and/or staying over, in connection with the trip, the Retreat.

MEDIA RELEASE.  LUZ 22 reserves the right to use photos or videos from the Retreat for promotional purposes.  By signing up for the Retreat, you agree to allow your image to be used for this purpose. If you do not want your image or voice to be used, please notify Luz22 in writing before the Retreat begins December 3rd, 2025.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY; NO GUARANTEES.  Client accepts and agrees that Client is 100% responsible for its progress and results from the Retreat.  Luz 22 will help and guide Client; however, participation is the one vital element to the Retreat’s success that relies solely on Client.
