We empower individuals and groups by offering wellness tools and creative activities that foster optimal health, optimal relationships and positive self-esteem.

1. The facilitator will introduce a new concept and applicable skills.

2. Participants will work individually, in small groups and in large groups to practice and to explore the concept and skills. 

3. The participants will receive guidance and constructive feedback to enhance the skills.

4. The participants will debrief and reflect individually, in small groups and in large groups to process and to share what they learn.
